Magnolia purchased this property on the corner of 10^th and Woodland in East Nashville in October of 2018. During the severe tornado storms of 2020, the property was completely destroyed. While devastating, Magnolia saw this as an opportunity to rebuild in a way that fits the growth and exuberance of East Nashville. Magnolia is building two 4,000 square foot restaurant spaces that will thrive with their proximity to many of the prime cultural, dining, and entertainment spaces in Nashville.
