Magnolia purchased Gateway Plaza I, an 83,000 SF office building located in Brentwood, in June 2019, as part of a portfolio with Maryland Park Center. At acquisition, the property was leased to a variety of strong local and national tenants. Magnolia obtained favorable financing terms on the portfolio as a whole due to its scale, long average lease term, and tenant diversity.
