Magnolia purchased this 180,000 square foot retail shopping center in Louisville, KY in December of 2021. Anchored by the most active Kroger in Louisville (one of the hubs for Kroger groceries in the entire country), Magnolia was attracted by the activity of the center, which includes 39,000  vehicles per day passing through the Dixie Highway corridor, and the ability to revitalize the retail shop strip.
