Big Springs Shopping Center, located in Shelbyville, Tennessee, is undergoing a deep value-add repositioning strategy since acquisition in October 2017. The center was acquired at a discount to replacement cost and was 86% leased at purchase. Magnolia has committed the center to a re-tenanting strategy and a major capital upgrades process in the aim of upgrading the tenant roster.
