Warren Smith IV, CPA, is the Controller of Magnolia Investment Partners. Prior to joining Magnolia, Warren spent four years in public accounting at Ernst & Young in Chicago. Warren specialized in real estate, overseeing 30+ report issuances a year for over $4.5 billion of real estate assets. Warren’s experience comes with a breadth of knowledge of all asset types ranging from large thirty-asset venture funds to single asset private investments.

Warren holds a bachelor’s degree from Furman University and a master’s in accountancy at the Owen School of Business at Vanderbilt University.
