Sophia Fucci is the Junior Asset Manager at Magnolia Investment Partners, where she focuses on maximizing asset performance and value across the firm's portfolio. In this role, she helps oversee leasing for both legacy and fund assets, provides construction management services that add tangible value to properties, and develops detailed reports and analyses to ensure each asset's performance aligns with Magnolia's long-term strategic objectives.

A 2024 graduate of Sewanee: The University of the South, Sophia earned a B.A. in Finance with distinction and a minor in Spanish before joining Magnolia. She began her career in an assistant asset management role, supporting senior leadership and developing a strong foundation in property management and portfolio strategy before advancing into her current role, where she continues to grow.
