Robert Carpenter is the Asset Manager at Magnolia Investment Partners. Robert comes with an impressive pedigree having graduated from Vanderbilt University and began his professional career at Oracle NetSuite, an ERP software solutions company. Robert now focuses on the alignment and execution of Magnolia’s strategies for the active properties in the investment portfolio. Leveraging the company’s vision for each asset, he works with property management to keep properties within budget and maintaining necessary cashflow. Additionally, Robert assists company leadership in negotiating leasing activity and tracking market data.
