Lauren Houston joined Magnolia Investment Partners in 2024 as the Director of Property Accounting. Lauren has over 30 years of commercial real estate accounting experience serving clients including institutional and individual owners and privately held real estate investment companies. Prior to joining Magnolia, Lauren was a Manager of Financial Reporting for Avison Young’s Nashville office.

Lauren is a native of Nashville and holds a BBA degree from The University of Memphis.
