Garrison Cherry is an Analyst at Magnolia Investment Partners, where he supports the firm's investment activities across office, retail, and industrial assets throughout the Southeast. His work spans the full transaction cycle, from initial deal screening through closing, in support of the firm's active acquisition pipeline.
 
Prior to Magnolia, Garrison was with Regions Bank on the Income Property Finance team, underwriting CRE debt spanning construction and stabilized assets within their footprint.
 
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with a minor in Real Estate from The University of Alabama.
