As Managing Partner of Magnolia Investment Partners and Co-Manager of the Magnolia Strategic Opportunity Fund, Ben’s focus is on the operation of Magnolia’s growing portfolio of managed assets as well as the acquisition of new investment opportunities. Ben’s investment philosophy is driven by a client-first focus of fundamental real estate investments in retail, office, and industrial product in the greater Southeast US. Magnolia’s current portfolio consists of over 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail space across Tennessee with assets under management of approximately $220 million.

Because of his leadership in the Nashville real estate community, Ben was named to Nashville Post’s In Charge: Real Estate list in both 2025 and 2026. Additionally, Ben was recently featured in CAA’s Invest Nashville. Read his interview HERE.

Ben is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the National Association of Industrial and Office Producers (NAIOP). Ben is a graduate of Auburn University.
