Managing Partner

Ben Bonner operates as Managing Partner of Magnolia Investment Partners. Ben’s focus is on the operation of Magnolia’s growing portfolio of managed assets as well as the acquisition of new investment opportunities. Ben’s investment philosophy is driven by a client-first focus of fundamental real estate investments in retail, office, and industrial product in the greater Southeast US.

Magnolia’s current portfolio consists of over 1,000,000 square feet of office and retail space across Tennessee with assets under management of approximately $220 million. Prior to founding Magnolia, he was with a southeast value-add developer in Nashville, Tennessee overseeing the asset management division consisting of approximately 800,000 square feet of retail, office and industrial product across ten markets. Previously, Ben was with Cushman & Wakefield’s Nashville office where he worked in Asset Management for corporate clients such as Sun Life of Canada and Canyon Johnson Urban Funds.
