Garrison Cherry joined Magnolia Investment Partners in 2025 as an Analyst. Prior to Magnolia, he worked on the Income Property Finance team at Regions Bank, where he underwrote loans for income-producing properties and evaluated opportunities across the Southeast.

At Magnolia, Garrison is responsible for underwriting new acquisitions, performing financial and market analyses, and supporting the firm’s investment strategies.

He is a graduate of the University of Alabama, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and minor in Real Estate.
